For courses designed for children:

• Parents or guardians must provide accurate information during enrollment
• Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's participation and progress
• Skill Zone BD maintains a safe and supportive learning environment, but behavioral responsibility remains with the student and guardian

All training materials, including videos, notes, presentations, and software resources, are the property of Skill Zone BD.

Students may use materials for personal learning only. Sharing, selling, or distributing course materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Certificates are awarded only to students who:

• Attend the required number of classes
• Complete assigned coursework
• Meet basic performance or assessment criteria

Skill Zone BD reserves the right to withhold certificates if requirements are not met.

Skill Zone BD is not responsible for:

• Personal losses due to missed classes
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Outcomes related to job placement or career success
